Over P&P regisseursIn 2002, Pieter and Paula formally joined forces to form P&P. Since then, they have mostly worked on internal communication films for companies, government agencies and other organisations.
In the past few years, P&P have also made a number of documentaries, including Kors’ Keuze (Cork Film Festival), Vaccination damaged cured, Freedom of choice in medicine and ‘t Sjoenste Leedsje (Netherlands Film Festival).
After studying at the Breda art academy, Pieter Vlamings began working as a freelance director at a number of major company film producers and television stations, both in the Netherlands and in Belgium. His clients have included television stations such as BRT, VARA, EO, and RTL4, Hafkamp Producties, and Carillon Producers; and he has worked on these shows: Jules Unlimited, Dikke Vrienden, De Rijdende Rechter and De Derde Kamer.
After studying at the Breda art academy, Paula Rennings began teaching at art centre SKVR in Rotterdam. Nine years later, she studied camera direction in Hilversum, and graduated cum laude. After this, she began working as a freelance director for Dutch public television stations VPRO, EO, and NCRV, making programmes such as Studio Achterwerk, Mijn vader zingt, Celmaten, De Mooiste Plek, Zo is het leven in St. Bernard and Zo is het leven in St. Jacob.
